"I had originally booked my trip with a driver, but he canceled at the last minute while I was already at the stop waiting for him. Fortunately, I was able to book another trip with a driver named Nabil. He was very kind and professional from the beginning. I wasn't sure how to get to the pickup location where he was supposed to meet the other passengers, so I sent him a message and called him. I explained that I didn't know how to get there. He replied, "It's okay. Just share your location with me." After I shared my location, he said that he would come and pick me up. A short time later, he arrived at the spot where I was waiting. He got out of the car, helped me with my luggage, and put it in the trunk. When I got into the car, the first thing he asked was, "Are you comfortable?" He was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire trip. The ride was smooth and pleasant, and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend Nabil. He provided excellent service and treated his passengers with genuine respect and kindness."
