"The driver was respectful and considerate throughout the trip. He arrived about 10 minutes late and apologized for the delay. He also checked on our comfort and thoughtfully asked about any allergies before eating his breakfast. However, I had some safety concerns regarding phone use while driving. On several occasions, he looked down at his phone, which was placed on his lap, while driving on the highway. He also intermittently watched videos on his phone. Additionally, when he received a call, he took his hands off the steering wheel to put on his headphones, causing the vehicle to veer slightly onto the rumble strip. I would recommend using a hands-free setup, such as a phone mount, and ensuring calls and other phone activities do not distract from driving. Overall, he was polite and considerate, but there is room for improvement in maintaining safe, hands-free driving practices."
