"I booked this ride for 2:30 PM with an expected arrival around 5:00 PM, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Before the ride, I had communicated with the original driver about whether he could drop me a little closer into the city, and I was under the impression that this had been agreed upon. However, when I brought it up again, he seemed confused by my request and then told me that another driver would be taking me instead. The second driver did not leave till 45 minutes later than the original time indicated. During the trip, we stopped for gas, then stopped again for food, and later made another significant detour to Trois-Rivières to drop off another passenger. This was especially frustrating because we had been travelling on Highway 20 toward Quebec City, so the additional stop added a considerable amount of time to the trip. None of this was what I had expected when I booked the ride. Instead of arriving around 5:00 PM, I arrived around 7:00 PM—approximately two hours later than the stated arrival time. Between being transferred to a different driver, the confusion regarding the drop-off we had discussed, the multiple stops, and the major detour, I was left very frustrated. A two-hour difference in arrival time is significant, and I really wish the changes to the ride had been communicated clearly beforehand."
