"Phillipe drives safely, and had good vibes. However timeliness and communication could use improvement. Car arrived 15 minutes after departure time, which is understandable given the trip was multileg. However, car actually departed 45 minutes late due to waiting for one single passenger, which wasn’t communicated to the other riders. Then, an impromptu additional stop was made which set us back a further 30 mins, making us over an hour late to arrive, which was frustrating and inconvenient when trying to arrange transportation from the drop off point."
