"The ride was supposed to start at 7pm. He did not start until 7:35pm because one passenger was late. He did not respect Poparide’s policy of timliness. He also stopped at times Hortons which further delayed our journey and I reached at 9:45. Driver's response: To be fair, the passenger originally told me that he would only be 6 min late. He jumped out of his Uber and started running to the pickup location and once he arrived he was very apologetic. Also we only did a 5 min stop at a gas station half way to fill up, there was no Tim Hortons stop."
