"The ride itself with Jacques was alright, but the trip was very stressful. I took the last seat for this ride, arrived on time, and waited. He was not at pick up at 9:30, or he did not communicate with any passenger where he was parked. He refused to tell me because he did not want to drive me. He tried to make me cancel the trip because the car was already full, even though I booked a ride on the app & had the right to a seat. I asked him to cancel my ride on his own & he ignored it and hung up in my face while I had him on speaker with another passenger. He was late to picking everyone up, and I stood with everyone else waiting for that ride. If the other passengers did not stand up for me, I’m not sure I would have made it home that night. He seems to have offered my spot to a stranger & tried to make me cancel, because he ended up asking someone to leave the car so I can have my seat… I had a very stressful experience with him"

"Poor communication about the meet up spot: we waited and had to call him to find where he was. Ended up leaving late. He often used his phone to type while driving, causing him to swerve into other lanes at points. Seemed in a hurry and tailgated a few times. Nice guy but wouldn’t feel comfortable riding with him again unfortunately."
