"Worst experience on Poparide. We arrived 20 minutes early, but while we were quickly using the bathroom, we were delayed by less than 5 minutes. Instead of communicating, the driver yelled and was rude. I understand the importance of leaving on time, but the way he handled the situation was unkind and made us uncomfortable. I booked the ride for someone else, otherwise I would have cancelled. I do not recommend booking with this driver."
