"The driver was talking on the phone throughout the entire trip from Moncton to Quebec City, and at times he even used his hands to gesture while talking. I found this very concerning and felt it was unsafe, especially with other passengers in the car. I believe drivers have a responsibility to keep their full attention on the road and ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle."
