"He was a nice and punctual driver, and overall the trip went smoothly. However, he was talking on the phone while driving at times, which made me a little concerned about safety.
Also, the car was not very spacious for 5 passengers. The third-row seats in the Hyundai Santa Fe were quite uncomfortable for a long trip (around 6 hours), especially for two adults. There was very limited legroom, and the seats themselves were small and not very comfortable."

"I was placed in an extremely cramped third-row/trunk-style seat for over 3 hours. I had to sit with my knees against my chest for the entire ride, which caused significant discomfort and pain.
While the listing briefly mentioned “2 people on 3rd row,” it did not accurately communicate how confined the seating actually was. The experience was very misleading and uncomfortable."
