"Carlyle was not a good communicator and created a very stressful experience for my elderly father.
The Poparide app listed Namur Station as the pickup point. However, just 7 minutes before departure, Carlyle texted to change the location to a nearby Tim Hortons. Because my father is elderly, he struggled to find the new spot in 7 minutes and the driver left right at 2:30 pm. To make matters worse, Carlyle’s communication skills were incredibly poor, and a severe language barrier made it impossible to get clear directions over phone.
This has been our worst experience with Poparide so far. I would not recommend booking with him, especially for vulnerable or older passengers."
