"The ride itself was good, and the driver was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the journey. However, there were a few issues with the timing. Firstly, the driver arrived more than an hour late. We were originally supposed to reach our destination around 6:00 PM, but we didn’t arrive until 9:30 PM which affected my schedule. The main reason for the delay was that the driver made multiple stops in different towns to pick up and drop off other passengers. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the ride description beforehand, so I wasn’t aware that the journey would involve these additional stops or take significantly longer than the estimated arrival time."
