"I had a very unpleasant experience. Jeff not only has a very impolite attitude, but he is not honest about the seating arrangements and I wish I had read these reviews before I took this ride. He told me I would be sitting in the middle seat, which was fine with me. However, once he arrived, I saw the so-called “middle seat” which is not a real seat at all. But I had to get home to Ottawa urgently. I wish I could attach a photo here but it is completely ridiculous, unsafe and irresponsible to charge people for this. It is greedy and dishonest."
