"We waited for 3 hours for the ride to arrive, and only 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time did they inform us that they were still coming from Regina.This is our first time experiencing this kind of ride since I started using the Poparide app. They also made several stops along the way, including gasoline station and Costco, which took a lot of extra time. In the end, my parents arrived late at night. Hopefully they can improve their service nextime for their upcoming passengers since the husband told us they are new to the app, but if you have an important appointment or somewhere you need to be on time, be prepared to lose a lot of time waiting for them.In the end still thankful my parents arrived home safe."
