"I typically don’t like to leave negative reviews but I was extremely disappointed by how this ride turned out. He contacted me once I was already at the location to inform me he’d be late, which I completely understood, but once he got there, (despite being the only rider listed) he informed me he would need to pick up an unlisted rider in an unlisted locaton. We then had to drive back across the city in the opposite direction for the next 30 minutes to find a charging station. We ended up leaving Ottawa an hour and 40 minutes after the listed time and arrived to Toronto almost 3 hours after schedule."
