"Tim was over 40 minutes late picking me up, which meant I had to wait outside the entire time. He was also late picking up the other passengers. I’m very disappointed with the experience. I had places to be, and because of the delay, I didn’t arrive in London until around 5:00 p.m., even though the app showed an expected drop-off time of 2:45 p.m. This caused a major inconvenience, and I expected a much more reliable service."
