"Very unprofessional and stressful. She came 15 minutes with no communication whatsoever, did not reply my messages or at least call to let me know she’ll be late. Got there late, no explanation and spent the next 15 minutes looking for her cousin that was to join the ride. The ride started and she kept having loud conversations with her cousin for most of it. Would not recommend."
