"The car was extremely cramped, with three people packed tightly into the last row; it was very dirty, with quite a few black stains and strands of hair; it was very old and kept jolting whenever the brakes were applied; the driver kept coughing and was not wearing a mask."

"Delayed arrival by more than an hour. No accountability. He takes up small tasks from other people apart from passengers, to pick up and deliver luggage on the way, which delays the entire trip at the cost of passengers time. When you talk to him about it, he blames it on traffic, and tells you that you cannot expect to be punctual on ride shares. My experience with other drivers has been much better and professional. My husband had the same experience on a different trip with him. I would not travel with driver again if I have an option in future."
