"Fitting three people in the back and three in the front is absolutely insane. Expecting people to compromise on their comfort and safety during the ride is unreasonable. On top of that, the side door was broken and wasn’t even allowed to be opened. This is completely unacceptable, and people shouldn’t have to put up with such conditions just to get a ride."
