"Disappointed in my ride with Vikas. Firstly, he was ONE HOUR late. I understand there can be traffic but one whole hour is crazy - if you have multiple passengers why not plan ahead? Secondly, there was no notice that there would be an extra passenger in the car. The booking says there are 3 people booked, but actually he made a stop afterwards to pick up his friend, so three of us had to sit squished in the back for 5 hours. I would have appreciated some notice beforehand if he planned to do that as I wouldn’t have booked with him if I knew that. Genuinely felt like the trip took so much longer than needed - If I had known about all these things I would’ve just saved my money and time and taken a bus."
