"Was over 40 minutes late without any communication. The car was huge and the seats were cramped and packed together, so much so it seemed the car could not accelerate fully. It was discussed during booking that we'd be bringing a dog with us and that we would pay for an additional seat. I offered to add a 3rd seat in the app but was told it was fine to pay upon arrival. Despite paying the price of a 3rd seat, Nit wanted our dog to be in the trunk with the luggage (uncrated) or at our feet below the seats for the entire 3 hour ride. Would not ride again."

"He was on time and the ride was spacious enough for all passengers to sit comfortably. However, we only made one stop for the whole 6 hour drive at a gas station with limited food options and small uncomfortable bathrooms. We only had ten minutes at this stop and he didn’t tell us this was the only stop until after we asked. This was not communicated to us prior. He was also on his phone while driving (facetime, Snapchat etc.) and he was and aggressive driver tailgating and swerving through lanes. Overall I would not book again I didn’t feel very safe and there was little to no communication."
