"The driver was rude and unhelpful throughout the trip. The Toyota Sienna required passengers to adjust the middle seat to enter and exit, but the driver did not assist with this process.
There were also unnecessary delays and route changes that disrupted our plans. Although the trip description indicated an arrival at Union Station around 3 PM, we did not arrive until after 4 PM. Overall, the experience was disappointing."
