"The trip was overall comfortable, and communication was easy. The driver was 20 minutes late, so I had to wait in the cold, but they kept me updated. There was also a dog in the car, which I personally like it, but it would be good to mention it in advance for someone with allergies. Other than that, it was a pleasant ride! They even had bottled water prepared, which was a really nice touch."
