"I had a mixed experience on this trip. On the positive side, the driver was safe, punctual, and communicative, and the three stops along the way helped break up the drive.
Unfortunately, the comfort level was severely compromised. The car is a minivan, and the middle seat is exceptionally uncomfortable—making a 6-to-7-hour journey (from Montreal to Toronto) feel like a painful ordeal for whoever sits there. This detail should absolutely be included in the ride notice so passengers can make an informed choice."
