"Made me sit in the very middle (between 2 others) even though I asked twice to sit in the empty back seat. Then gave the seat I asked for to another passenger who showed up late. Middle seat was not comfortable at all, normally seating is first come first serve so not sure why he decided where I was allowed to sit. Otherwise good driver, safe and punctual. Hope this was just a miscommunication but I didn’t have a comfortable ride unfortunately."
