"Chaotic travel .. Karam showed up on time but made us wait 40 minutes for a passenger. Turns out the passenger was not late but was a pick up that Karam was not able to get to because he was late himself. In addition to that Karan had 3 stops along the way to deliver packages to people. I ended up getting to my location 2 hours late."
