"Driver is fully aware, cautious, very humane at the peak of high Halifax traffic hrs . Unfortunately the only bad comment on here comes from a passenger who required to make several stops at multiple gas stations for reasons best known to him, was tweaking & bobbing in and out of consciousness all through the journey nearly over dosed on substance which left him without inhibition to acknowledge boundaries nor to realize that the person whom he denigrate as invalid with disability may have been on a quite telephone call in a foreign language and at the same time trying hard to keep it low not to bother the rest of the people. Great service Ola please keep it up. Pay no mind to such abrasive comments"

"Excellent driver! The drive from Halifax to Fredericton at night was stress-free and I felt very safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. He was careful, attentive, and drove smoothly, while also making sure we arrived safely and on time. I really appreciated his professionalism and calm driving, especially for a nighttime journey. I would definitely recommend him and would be happy to ride with him again."

"Deeply concerning experience in my last ride. .while safety was never a concern and Ola handled the safety of us all with importance, I just didn’t think the driver was sensitive to the rest of his co riders.. in balance, I cannot recommend booking with this driver for several reasons. Certainly not at the price premium paid for this journey. : Heavy Delay: The driver left 45 minutes late, pushing our arrival into late at night. To add to it we were told we were picking up another rider from his home in Bedford while the rest of us had to find our way to bridge terminal. Turns out this rider was either a family member or a friend of the driver. A fact he conveniently missed out while complaining about the detour and pickup. . passenger Behaviour: For the majority of the 4-hour journey, this extra person seated in the middle on the back row kept talking to himself, loudly, sometimes murmuring, but mouth may have been moving the entire trip. We were not even warned that we have a person with diminished capabilities among us.considering it was post work trip i was hoping it would be a quiet one. It wasn’t. This made it a very strange and stressful environment in the car . Atmosphere: An uncomfortable style of repetitive, loud music was played continuously for hours despite it being gibberish for the passengers who had no context to the music. At a premium price of $77 a seat, having booked out all 5 seats the driver made $100s of cad for a journey that would cost him slightly over c$75 which is more than the cost of the maritime bus ride for the same trip. In the end, what he is running is a commercial operation with 0 commercial standards of service. At its core, you expect a basic standard of professional courtesy and a comfortable ride. This trip fell completely short. Save your money, take the bus instead."
