"I want to start by dating that I have used many ride shares to get to back and forth to Ottawa (Kangaride and most recently Poparide) NEVER have a had suck a bad experience. Firstly, Evrard “reserved” the front seat of his car for his friend who didn’t make it to the designated pick up spot by 12:15pm as per the Poparide policy (there weee two locations listed in the booking). One was in Gatineau, the second was at 140 George. Poparide clearly states that it is NOT a taxi service. Could someone please inform Evrard of that policy. He picked the “late” friend of his that paid the same fare as every other passenger, and yet he got two incidences of special treatment. The first was getting a “reserved” seat which I was unaware was a thing with Poparide. Secondly creating a 3rd pick up location. It was on Nicolas (just before Laurier Avenue (at a very busy intersection….not only was it NOT A PICK UP SPOT, but was putting all 5 passengers in harms way (not withstanding himself and his vehicle. When I asked about the seat reservation he quickly responded that “it’s his car” and that he could do so as he sees fit. But what he doesn’t realize is that both choices he made fly in the face of the hat Poparide clearly states in their policies and procedures. The rest of us showed up before our designated pick up spots on time. We also never expected special treatment. So I take exception wheh he made unreasonable acccomodations for one passenger because he’s a “friend”. He got us to Montreal on time, but I would not recommend him to ANYONE for his lack of professionalism and being an Ambassador for Poparide."

"Everything is Okk Just one thing afcorce it's a 5 seater car but 3 people at the back sheet it's completely uncomfortable for long distance And it's completely tragdig for the seeting in between two people for 2.5 hours So , it's my suggestion for the driver he will just Carry 2 person at the back Driver can charge bit more than usual but comfort is much more important according to me"

"had a really great ride with this driver! He was extremely friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable from the beginning. He drives very safely and smoothly, which made the trip super pleasant. There was also a slightly complicated situation during the ride with someone acting a bit strangely, and he handled it calmly and respectfully without making anyone uncomfortable. You can tell he’s patient and knows how to manage situations well. Honestly one of the nicest drivers I’ve had on Poparide I really appreciated the ride and would definitely travel with him again!"
