"Extremely unreliable and unorganized experience. I arrived at the designated pickup spot at 3:55 PM for a scheduled 4:00 PM departure. At 3:45 PM, the driver messaged saying he would be late, but he didn't actually arrive until 4:25 PM (25 minutes past departure). Rather than heading toward our destination, he spent the next hour doing undisclosed door-to-door pickups across Montreal that were not mentioned in the listing. To make matters worse, he made an unannounced stop at his own workplace in the West Island to pick up personal belongings. We didn't even leave Montreal until after 5:30 PM. The original estimated arrival in Ottawa was 6:30 PM, but due to his personal errands and unauthorized detours, I did not arrive until 7:45 PM nearly an hour and a half late. Completely disrespectful of passengers' time. I do not recommend booking with this driver."
