"I was very disappointed with this ride. First, the driver arrived 50 minutes late for pickup. To make matters worse, 3 passengers were squeezed into the back seat of a small Hyundai Elantra for a 4-hour drive, even though the profile clearly stated a maximum of 2 people in the back. Sitting so cramped for hours made the journey extremely uncomfortable. While the fare was low, the cheap price doesn't justify a long delay and ignoring listing guidelines."
