"Sumaiya was very accommodating and communicative on pickup location and drop-off. During the ride, we shared a fantastic conversation and enjoyed ourselves on the ride down to the coast. In the lower mainland it was a busy traffic day as there was a Canada FIFA World Cup game, which contributed to less than ideal road conditions which were hard to manage. Sumaiya did her best given the circumstances and was communicative throughout.
