"Very disappointing experience. The driver stopped for an oil change, then realized he also needed new tires. We went to another tire shop, but the tires weren’t available, wasting a lot of time. When I asked to be dropped off at the next highway exit, which would have taken about a minute, he refused. Poor planning and no consideration for the passenger’s time."
