"He had let me know he would be picking me up at 7 then later on I asked him what his eta was he tells me 7:55 (later says due to 35 min delay of traffic) that is fine then at 8:15 I msg him to ask where he was he says at the charging station which delayed our time till he picked me up at my location at 9. He never communicated to me till I had msg him where he was. I asked him due to the 2 hour delay and it being almost 12 much later then I had expected to be home. He tells me the 15 min extra drive is the opposite of the direction he was going to next not understanding uber/lyft at this hour has doubled for me now and I’d be left waiting outside the mall at a much later hour. But he would not make the exception. He was nice but this experience especially when driving a Tesla should have calculated the ride better as what was posted was not accurate."
