"Was dissatisfied as the ride posting clearly said max 2 people in the back (because of the type of car I imagine as it was VERY small) but 3 of us were crammed in the back (through another app I’m guessing), in terrible heat and with no AC. I was uncomfortable the entire way."

"He was 30 minutes late, and we were all concerned we had been left or possibly scammed. Once he finally arrived at 9:35 we noticed the car was too small for all of us. Inside the car was noticeably the car have a large crack on the windshield, and the wheels were bent, causing the rear of the vehicle to shake. I informed him before booking that I had a small dog, and he confirmed that it was acceptable. However, he still included three additional passengers in his small hatchback. As a result, none of us in the back were able to sit comfortably, and the larger passenger had to sit in the front. During the trip, I was squeezed between myself and another passenger. I sat sideways for the entire duration, which caused a significant amount of back pain. Due to the 5-hour trip and the inability to adjust my posture, I anticipate needing to see a chiropractor afterward. He should not be allowed to transport four people in that car. It was a very unsafe and uncomfortable situation."
