"Pranay was polite and the car was very comfortable. He’s a smooth driver who kindly accommodated passengers’ different drop off requests. However, he did show up almost 20 minutes late and I wasn’t expecting us to have 3 different gas/bathroom breaks between Toronto and Montreal. The first break was less than an hour after we hit the road and seemed unnecessary. Each break was a little on the long side with Pranay getting back to the car last. Though the airport was listed in the ride description as a drop off location, dropping someone off there in the middle of rush hour traffic added a chunk of time to the overall ride."
