"The driver arrived late and was quite rigid regarding seating arrangements. Throughout the entire trip, very loud music was played without checking if it was okay with passengers. At the end of the ride, the driver also asked personal questions regarding my religious background and church attendance. It was not a very comfortable or professional experience."
