"I had a very disappointing experience on my trip from Toronto to Sudbury. The driver asked me to go far out of my way (to 400 ON-9, Kettleby) just to be picked up, which was very inconvenient. The seat I was given was already dirty, with what looked like a coffee spill, and it stained my pants. I had to change clothes during the trip, which was uncomfortable. Even after the driver put a plastic bag over the seat, it still felt unpleasant and cold for the rest of the journey."
