"I had a disappointing experience with this driver. The ride was scheduled for 6:00 PM, but he arrived at 5:45 PM and began waiting before the agreed pickup time. Unfortunately, I was delayed by very heavy Toronto traffic and arrived at 6:12 PM. While I understand that being late can be frustrating, I felt the situation could have been handled more professionally. Throughout the delay, the driver repeatedly texted me, telling me I was inconsiderate of his time. Although I apologized and we agreed to continue with the trip, he later changed his mind and refused to drop me off at the agreed destination. Instead, he left me at a different location late at night in the cold, which I found unacceptable and unsafe. I don't have any ill feelings toward the driver, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication, flexibility, and respect. A more professional and courteous approach would have made a big difference. I hope future passengers have a better experience and that clearer communication can prevent situations like this in the future."
