"Param seems like a nice guy and the ride was smooth and comfortable. The only big problem is that he showed up over an hour late and changed the pickup location several times. There was also another passenger who appeared to be Parma’s friend and he was quite intimidating. So I would say it was a smooth ride but not reliable if you’re on a tight schedule."
