"I have never written a bad review in my Life but I need to look out for other people. WORST Poparide experience of my life. Save Your Time, money and mental energy. I wish I could say André was the one to pick me up. Unfortunately he didn’t answer my calls and texts about three times and an hour before the ‘so called’ schedule pick up, I had a question about the pickup time in his description. Long story short he byspassed me at pick up and didn’t reach out while I waited for him at the set time as planeed. Called him 6 times got ignored he pickex up the 7th time and said I wasn’t there when again he didn’t answer my call or texts where I said ‘I’m here’ at the time we agreed to meet which was 9:25am. Eventually he told me he’ll have someone else pick me up. I asked when, he didn’t give me a propre time. Had to call him 3 more timed to get a propre answer. He called me to apologize because I told him I was going to leave him a really bad review… I was so upset. Another long story short i ended up waiting about 1hr 50 mins in the cold for another driver. The other driver came through seemingly very unstable mentally. He called me crazy and talked to me like he knew me or something (he was too comfortable) He really didn’t care much. A guy that was waiting longer than me ended up walking out before we left Montréal (smart guy) A trip that should have been 5-6 hours ended up being about 10 hours. Thankfully the passengers were cool. The Driver was falling asleep on the road. I had to wake him up and sing music. Was taking risks on the road as a ‘joke’ We passengers tried to be civil and joke a little to avoid tension and at the same time express our concerns. He had promised us because of the delay that he would drop up off at our exact locations but once we got to Scarborough he said he changed his mind and said he’s going back to Montreal as he yellefoutside at people and said ‘Montreal?’ As he aimed to recru it random passengers. Had to go to sleep to shake the rest of that day off. Bad energy aka bad juju. Avoid like the Russian plague."
