"Due to bad communication, the scheduled date to pick up my daughter fell through. I wanted to request for a refund but Mr. Prince told me he will doing a similar trip the following day so I agreed to leave the booking intact for the following day, instead having to wrestle for my refund. Not once did he tell me that I will have to pay extra for the trip. I thought I was extending him a curtsy with the arrangement. But they arrived at the drop off, Mr. Prince asked that I gave him $20 extra for reasons that I couldn't imagine he would bring that late in the agreement. He was going to be rude about it so I ceded and paid him the $20, but I will never again use his service. That was rubbery. If he was my first experience with Poparide, I wouldn't have thought of using them again. I forgave him of course, but in the spirit of honesty, I need to share my experience."
