"We left 15 minutes late because we were waiting for a passenger even though I was vocal that I didn't have the time to wait.
He hadn't gassed in advance so we wasted another 10 minutes there since he didn't go to the first available station but rather waited for one that would open without him having to go around.
Drives 10-15kms UNDER the speed limit even though there was no traffic and no weather issues.
We arrived 47 minutes after the estimated time of arrival when it could have easily been avoided."
