"I reached out to this driver and asked if we could be dropped at a location closest to our destination. He agreed to drop us off an exit that works for him. We had planned to walk from that stop to our destination (26 minutes walk). We confirmed drop off location prior to starting the ride. We just got off from this trip (me and my husband). Driver forgot to take the exit where he was dropping us off to. We were instead dropped off at the next exit and not a walking distance to our destination. So we had to figure out how to get to our destination. We took a taxi and costed us 16$! No apologies from the driver. This was our first ride with this driver and our first ever experience using this carpooling platform. I hope this never happens to anyone else!"
