"I had a very disappointing experience with Moise. He arrived 2 hours late for the pickup without any proper communication. When he finally arrived, he started arguing with me, insisting that Kanata was not part of Ottawa, and made me stand outside in heavy rain instead of handling the situation professionally. To make matters worse, after reaching the destination, he continued demanding extra money, even though I had reminded him multiple times before the day of the trip about both the pickup and drop-off locations. Everything had been clearly communicated in advance. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disrespectful, and stressful. I would not recommend booking with Moise based on my experience."
