"Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with this ride. The driver was supposed to arrive at 5 PM but arrived around 6 PM. The Poparide booking showed only one other passenger besides me and the driver, but when the car arrived, there were two additional people, while the passenger shown on the app wasn’t even there. Because of this, I had to sit in the middle of the back seat for the entire 4-hour trip from Sudbury to Toronto, which was very uncomfortable. I would have appreciated accurate passenger information and better communication about the delay and seating situation."
