"Unfortunately, I can't recommend this ride due to safety concerns. The driver was repeatedly texting/checking different apps while driving, including on the highway. There was one very close incident where she had to brake hard, and it left me feeling unsafe. I hope she avoids using her phone while driving in the future, as passenger safety should always come first."
