"Very disappointing experience. The vehicle had capacity for six passengers, but there were only two of us, and both the car and the trunk had plenty of empty space. Simply because my suitcase was one size larger than a carry-on, the driver told me that I had to pay the fare for an additional passenger, even though there was more than enough room for my luggage. In the end, he charged me an extra $30 in cash. I found this unreasonable and unfair, especially considering that the vehicle was mostly empty."
