"Dawn was absolutely lovely and made my trip from Victoria to Nanaimo so easy and stress-free! I was travelling with quite a lot of luggage as I’m moving to Nanaimo for an exchange semester, and Dawn kindly reserved the other seats for me so I would have enough space for all my bags, without asking me to pay anything extra. She also picked me up directly from my hostel in Victoria and dropped me off at my university in Nanaimo, which was incredibly helpful. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole journey very comfortable. I would definitely recommend riding with Dawn!"
