"Hi ,I just wanted to give some feedback regarding my recent ride experience. Unfortunately, it was not a very good experience for me.
The car was not very clean, and there was also a long delay. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes while other people were being picked up, which made me arrive about an hour late overall. I had an important appointment, so this caused a problem for me.
I hope in the future the timing can be more organized and the car can be kept a bit cleaner for passengers.
