"He arrived earlier than the set pick up time. He was a great communicator, was very accommodating and is overall a very pleasant person. Unfortunately, there was an incident with another passenger that had the driver delay our departure by almost 2 hours. He wanted to wait and accommodate a passenger that didn't show up at the agreed upon time."
