The Downtown Vancouver pick-up location is Tour Bus Zone at 1098 Melville St, Vancouver, next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel / Burrard Skytrain Station.

Our bus will arrive approximately 5 minutes before departure. Be at the pick-up location 10-15 minutes prior to departure. Buses are on a schedule and are unable to wait for passengers who are late."
